Returns & Refunds

We offer a guaranteed refund on your first order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

All returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@lanbanks.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders and extra services are non-refundable.
